How ordering works

Order: click the button (it emails us with “Advent Set” in the subject).
Send your details: church name, logo (or website), Advent service times, Christmas Eve service time, and any wording you'd like on the cover. Tell us your tradition's names for the Sundays and candles (for example, Hope, Peace, Joy, Love), or we'll leave those lines for you to fill in.
Pay: by card through Stripe or Payhip, or ask us for an invoice. For the $29 early-bird, payment has to be completed by Sun, Nov 15, 11:59 PM PT. Orders not paid by then are $39, and that rule is the same for everyone.
Review and approve: we send your design within 1 business day. You ask for any changes, and then you approve.
Receive your files, ready to print and post.

Our promise. We revise within the scope of the Advent Set until you approve it. If you change your mind any time before your final files are delivered, we'll refund you in full.

If you cancel before any final files have been delivered, you get a full refund.

Cancel anytime. No contract. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid month (or year, on annual plans), and you keep everything delivered up to then.

Billing: by card through Stripe or Payhip, or by invoice on request. You get a receipt for every card payment.

Late content: on Standard and Plus, content that arrives after Tuesday noon (PT) moves to the following week. If we can manage a Friday delivery, we'll tell you before we start.

Lyrics: we include hymn or song lyrics only if your church holds the licence (for example, CCLI). Otherwise we list titles and leave space.

We don't print or mail. You get print-ready files.
